Job Title: Solar Sales Representataive
Locations: Petauke, Nyimba, Katete, Kapiri, Ngabwe, Mumbwa, Itezhitezhi, Chingola, Ndola, Masaiti, Kasempa, Mfumbwe, Samfya, Livingstone, Choma, Monze, Kasama, Chinsali, Mongu, Chirundu, Rufunsa. .

Main Duties
• Identify, recruit and train sales agents.
• Conduct customer pre-vetting exercise
• Manage delay of payment.
• Develop and maintain the market for solar business.
• Sale and Activate Topstar Solar products.
• Handle and resolve customer’s complaints and inquiries.
• Implement the channel solar sales policy, and formulate promotion plan for solar business.
• Enlarge channel solar sales market and achieve expected sales targets.
• Support work of delivery, returning, payment goods and collection of receipts, accounting checking, etc.
• Supervise/Manage and urge the subordinates achieve the sale individual targets

Requirements
• Diploma or better in Sales, Marketing and Business Administration
• 2 years’ sales experience.
• Motor bike drivers license, added advantage.

• Ability to work with minimum supervision
