JOB DETAILS:
Sustainability Manager
Northern Coffee Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of OLAM International Limited is looking to hire a Sustainability Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities.
• To formulate sustainable Agriculture strategies and policies for Northern Coffee Corporations Limited.
• To develop high standards of Environmental Management systems.
• To work with stakeholders and others to maintain environmental management information. and other local Environmental Legislation.
• To review NCCL utility and Resource Management.
• To prepare and review documentation and undertake internal audits to prepare for external Audit.
• To own the development and delivery of the Sustainability Action Plan and drive initiatives across all business units.
• To formulate an investment programme for reducing energy consumption and environmental pollution.
• To seek opportunities for external funding for sustainability initiatives, submit grant applications, manage grants, and be responsible for reporting, monitoring and evaluations

Qualifications
• At least degree level in Environmental / Sustainable Agriculture combined with broad experience of undertaking environmental management and improvements in private and/or public sector operations.
• Valid driver’s license.
