The Government of the Republic of Zambia has set aside funds in the 2022 budget for the implementation of the Construction and Rehabilitation of the Water Supply and Sanitation Improvement at Limulunga Palace and Surrounding Areas in Limulunga District, Western Province. (Design and Build).

Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations No. 63 of 2011,

Submission Procedure
Bids must be delivered to and placed in the tender box at the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation, P.O Box 50288, 3 Floor, Mukuba House, Dedani Kimathi Avenue Lusaka, on or before Wednesday, 23 February, 2022 at 10:00 hours local time. Bids must be appropriately bound, sealed and labelled. Bidders are required to submit one (1 No.) original and three (3 No.) copies of their bids.

Bids will be opened in the Conference Room at the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation - Lusaka in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in form of an Insurance Bid Bond of not less than 2% of the bid sum and it MUST be in the format provided.
