Tender for Procurement of One (1no.) 4 X 4 Utility Motor Vehicle
Provincial Administration has reserved funds under the 2021 budget and wishes to apply part of the proceeds for eligible payments under the contract for purchase of One (1No. Utility Motor Vehicle.

The Permanent Secretary, Central Province now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to supply the above vehicles. Interested eligible bidders may obtain information, inspect and purchase the bidding documents from the Provincial Administration, Procurement and Supplies Unit Room 5 and 7, Marshal Road, P.O Box 80903 Kabwe upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K 500.00. The telefax number is +260-5-222427. HOWEVER, TELEGRAPHIC OR TELEFAX BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Submission Procedure
Sealed and bound bids clearly marked "O1No. Utility Motor Vehicle" addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Provincial Administration, must be submitted and deposited in the tender box at the Reception of Provincial Administration, Marshal Road, Kabwe, on or before 30th November 2021 at 10:00 Hours Local time. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid sum from a reputable Commercial Bank or Insurance Company duly signed by the Guarantors.
Late bids shall NOT be accepted.
The bids will be opened soon after closing in the Boma Conference Hall, Provincial Administration, Marshal Road, Kabwe in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
