Invitation for Bids

CPPC/G/MoH/9/21-1-Tender for Supply and Delivery of Assorted Equipment

The Central Province Health Office has received funds from Cooperating Partners to support HIV, AIDS, Tuberculosis, Family Planning, Nutrition and Maternal and Child Health and Integrated Human Resource Information Systems

It is intended that part of the proceeds be applied for eligible payments under the following contracts:

4.               Tender for supply and delivery of CPAP machine
5.               Tender for supply and delivery of assorted cervical cancer equipment
6.               Tender for supply end delivery of assorted ANC equipment
7.               Tender for supply and delivery of assorted public address equipment

Provincial Administration on behalf of the Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from interested suppliers to participate in this tender.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain information, inspect and purchase the bidding documents from the Provincial Administration, Procurement and Supplies Unit, Marshal Road P.O Box 80903 Kabwe upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 500.00 per lot. Submission Procedure

Sealed bids clearly marked "TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED EQUIPMENT" addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Provincial Administration must be submitted and deposited in the tender box at the Reception of Provincial Administration, Marshal Road, Kabwe, on or before Wednesday 6th October 2021 at 10:00 Hours Local time. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid sum from a reputable Commercial Bank or Insurance Company duty signed by the Guarantors.
Late bids shall NOT be accepted.

The bids will be opened soon after closing in the Boma Conference Hall, Provincial Administration, Marshal Road, Kabwe in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
