Chilanga Town Council now invites Sealed Bids from Eligible and Interested Bidders Registered with Patents and Companies Authority Agency (PACRA) and have a valid tax clearance with Zambia Revenue Authority to bid for the Supply and delivery of Two Brand New Motor Graders. Kindly Note that other requirements are indicated in the Solicitation Document.

Bidding will be conducted through open National bidding (ONB) procedures Consistent with the public procurement Act No 12 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations 2011.

A Complete Set of Bidding documents may be obtained from Chilanga Town at a Non-refundable fee of One Thousand Kwacha (k 1,000). Bids Must be submitted in sealed Envelope in accordance to instruction to bidders Contained in the bidding Documents. Bids must be Accompanied by a Bid securing Declaration or a bid security of 2% of the total bid sum.

Submission Procedure

Sealed Bids clearly Marked and labelled "Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Two (02) Brand New Motor Graders "shall be deposited in the Tender box situated at the Procurement Unit not later than 15th November,2022 at 10:00 Hours local time and shall immediately be opened. However, Telephone or Email/Telefax bids shall not be Accepted.
