TELEGAPHIC/ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Sealed Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the bidding document and in sealed envelopes, bound and clearly marked: "Tender for the Construction of a Police Station in Macha Ward under Mbabala Constituency"
Submission Procedure
Bids shall be deposited in the tender box situated at the civic Centre, PSU on or before, Wednesday 28th June, 2023 at 10:00 hour's local time. The bids shall be opened immediately in the Council Chamber in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
NOTE: Mandatory site visit will be done on Wednesday, 14 June, 2023 at 10:00hrs. Bidders are advised to make their own transport arrangements and logistics. Assembly point will be at Civic Centre in the Council Chamber
