It is announced for the information of all Bidders that the closing date for the tender has been extended from Friday 19th May, 2023 to Friday 2nd June, 2023 at 10:30 hours local time through the e-GP System.

It is also announced that a second mandatory site visit shall be held on Wednesday 17th May, 2023 and only for the interested bidders who did not attend the first site visit because of the delay in uploading the Solicitation Document on the e-GP System. The meeting point is Kawambwa Town Council at 09.00 hours. A Pre-bid meeting will be held immediately after the site visit. All participants are advised to follow all the Ministry of Health COVID-19 guidelines as they attend the Site Visit and Pre-Bid meeting.
