Tender for the Supply and Delivery Often (10) Laptop and Twenty-Five (25) Desktop Computers

The Lusaka Provincial Health Office (LPHO) under the US President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) Project through a Cooperative Agreement (CoAg) with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has acquired support towards the cost of procuring ten (10NO) Laptop computers and Twenty-Five (25) Desktop Computers for smartcare implementation for PMTCT sites in Health Centers in Lusaka Province.

The computers will be used to support smartcare for use in the PMTCT sites in the six (06) sub-districts and six(06) districts of Lusaka Province. The bidding will be conducted using Open National Bidding (ONB) procedure and is open to all eligible citizen and local bidders as defined by the Public Procurement Act No. 08 of 2020.
Lusaka Provincial Health Office now invites sealed bids from eligible citizen and local bidders for the tender captioned above as listed below.

Bidding documents may be purchased from the Lusaka Provincial Health Office, 3 Saise Road Long Acres, P. O. Box 32573. Lusaka, upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Kwacha (K500.00) which must be deposited in the organizations bank account. The bid must be accompanied by the bid security of not less than 2% of the total bid price

Submission Procedure
The bids should be appropriately bound, sealed and clearly labeled TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TEN (10) LAPTOP AND TWENTY-FIVE (25) DESKTOP COMPUTERS and must be deposited in the tender box situated at the Lusaka Provincial Health Office, 3 Saise Road, Long Acres, Lusaka on or before Thursday 23rd December, 2021 at 10:00 hour's local time. Late Bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened soon after tender closing in the lower board room at Lusaka Provincial Health Office in the presence of bidders/ representatives who choose to attend.
