Tender No. MHA/SP/G/09/2021 Tender for the Supply and Delivery of an Industrial Concrete Block and Inter Locking Pavers Machine for Zambia Correctional Service – Ministry of Home Affairs

The Zambian Government through the Ministry of Home Affairs has set aside funds which it intends to apply to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued

The Ministry of Home Affairs, intends to procure an Industrial Concrete Block and Inter locking Pavers Machine for the Zambia Correctional Service (ZCS)

The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of an Industrial Concrete Block and Inter Locking Pavers Machine for ZCS

You may inspect and obtain the bidding documents at a non-refundable fee of Kwacha Five Hundred (K 500.00) from the New Ministry of Home Affairs Building, Independence Avenue, and PO, Box 50997, Lusaka, Zambia. The telephone numbers are 260 (01) 254261/2, 250792 and the telefax numbers are (01) 254336 and 250792. However, telegraphic or telefax bids will not be accepted.

Submission Procedure
The bids must be deposited in the Tender Box on the floor, Independence Avenue, Lusaka, clearly marked Tender for the supply and Delivery of an Industrial Concrete Block and Interlocking Pavers Machine for the Zambia Correctional Service" - Ministry of Home Affairs on or before Friday, 3 September, 2021 at 10:00 hours local time and must be accompanied by a bid securing Declaration

The closing date for the receipt of bids is on Friday, 3 September, 2021 at 10:00 hours local time. The bid will be opened soon after closing in the Conference Room on the 24 Floor of Ministry of Home Affairs, New Building on Independence Avenue in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend
