The procurement process will be governed by the Public Procurement Act, N. 8 of 2020, the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022, Public Procurement Circulars and the respective Solicitation Document. Submission Procedure

Submission of bids shall be through the e-GP System, and no bids submitted outside the e-GP System shall be accepted.

Bidders may obtain clarifications on the tender requirements through the respective section of the e-GP System before the deadline for clarification requests indicated in the Solicitation Document.
