PACRA and Open Ownership are seeking to employ an experienced Zambian digital agency to run a Discovery process intended to deliver clear requirements for re-developing PACRA’s internal and external digital systems covering company registration.

Location: Zambia.
Time required and budget: The overall budget for the contractor for this discovery phase is USD 55,000-65,000.

Application process

• A brief 1-2-page proposal on how you will successfully deliver on this contract, including a budget detailing your time and/or other anticipated costs
• A short case study of a digital discovery your team has conducted in the recent past
• CVs of the team who will be staffed on the project

Depending on the bids received, we may choose to include a round of interviews with selected bidders as part of the selection process.
