THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO THOUSAND (2000) LAPTOPS FOR THE ROLLOUT OF ICT IN THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES

The Government of the Republic of Zambia, acting through the Office of the President, Electronic Government Division, SMART Zambia Institute, Lusaka has allocated funds in its 2024 budget for the Supply and Delivery of Two Thousand (2000) Laptops for the Rollout of ICT in Local Authorities.

The SMART Zambia Institute now invites sealed bids for the supply and delivery of Two Thousand (2000) Laptops for the Rollout of ICT in Local Authorities.

Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020, Public Procurement Regulations of 2022, and the 2023 Standard Procurement Documents.

Submission Details:

1. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 1,000.
2. Bid documents can be obtained from the SMART Zambia Institute Procurement and Supplies Unit, First Floor, New Government Complex, P.O. Box 31309, Lusaka, Zambia.
3. Bids must be deposited in the tender box located at the First Floor, New Government Complex, SMART Zambia Institute, Lusaka on or before 12th December 2024 at 10:00 hours local time.

Important Notes:

• Late bids SHALL NOT be accepted.
• All bids must be clearly labeled "TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO THOUSAND (2000) LAPTOPS FOR THE ROLLOUT OF ICT IN THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES".
• Bidders must ensure compliance with all relevant instructions in the bidding documents.

REHABILITATION OF SERENJE – MPIKA ROAD
ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (ESIA)
DISCLOSURE MEETING

The Public is hereby informed that the Government of the Republic of Zambia, through the Road Development Agency, has mobilized funds for the purpose of conducting a Detailed Engineering Design, including undertaking an ESIA for the Rehabilitation of the Serenje - Mpika Road.

Disclosure Meeting Schedule:

• 12th December 2024 – Chibale, Serenje District
• 13th December 2024 – Chalilo, Serenje District
• 14th December 2024 – Chief Muchinka, Serenje District
• 16th December 2024 – Mpika Civic Center, Mpika District

All meetings will commence at 10:00 hours local time.
