JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• User-Centric Design: Building of user-centric designs and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
• User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders, iterating on designs to achieve optimal solutions.
• Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, incorporating them into design processes.
• Collaborative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and design workshops to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure, or Principle).
• Knowledge of web and mobile design best practices.
• Understanding of front-end development technologies to facilitate collaboration with developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
