Job Description
Looking for a rewarding leadership opportunity in mechanical maintenance? Join our team as a Mechanical Maintenance Workshop Foreman and showcase your skills in overseeing the operations of the our fabrication and repair workshop.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and supervise a team of machine operators
– Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
– Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs
– Manage spare parts inventory and equipment maintenance records
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:
– Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex maintenance issues
– Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and regulations
