Assistant Broker – 2 Positions (Kitwe & Lusaka)
Duties and Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Branch Manager
• New business acquisition.
• Underwriting processes.
• Claims Management and processing.
• New and renewal business placement.
• Maintaining customer relations.
• Establishing strong business relations with insurers.
• Credit Control

Key Competencies & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the insurance industry, broking experience will be an added advantage.
• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Minimum diploma in insurance studies, a business degree will be an added advantage.
• Sober and a team player.
• Computer literate.
• Valid driver’s license.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
