JOB DETAILS:
Location: Mungo Villas Furnished Apartments, Chudleigh, Lusaka, Zambia
Qualifications:
• Certificate or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in housekeeping, preferably in a major hotel
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
• Age: 30-40 years
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and maintenance
• Smart appearance and professional demeanour
Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
• Manage linen and inventory
• Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens and appliances
• Report maintenance issues promptly
• Deliver exceptional customer service
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
