JOB DETAILS:
Overview
Zambeef Products PLC is the largest integrated cold chain food.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the below:
• Machine set up and control operation of a production machine
• Monitoring and performing routine checks of systems to ensure lines are running smoothly
• Coordinating production run with packaging and ingredients
• Maintaining cross-functional interaction with production colleagues, quality and maintenance technicians and supervisors regarding any production requirements or issues that may arise.
• Ensuring and monitoring that the product conforms to quality specifications
• Ensuring production schedule is being followed at all times
• Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and
• Health and Safety
• Maintaining a clean work station and reporting any unsafe conditions
• Preparing production reports and maintain all documentation records

Qualifications
• Grade 12 full certificate
• At least 2 years work experience in a similar position

• Quick learner with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a period of time.
• Ability to follow standard operational procedures and work in a safe manner
• Physically fit
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrates dependability, conscientiousness and punctuality
• Genuine concern for health and safety
• Able to multi task
