JOB DETAILS:
Marcopolo Tiles Company Limited (MTCL) is an integrated tile and sanitary ware manufacturing company located in Chilanga District. Incorporated in 2016, the company commenced production in 2017, becoming the first tile manufacturer in Zambia. MTCL produces high quality porcelain tiles and sanitary ware for both interior and exterior finishes.
Marcopolo Tiles Company Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Sales Executives (4) on full time

Roles & Responsibilities
• The duties of the job will include but are not restricted to:
• Pursue new business pitches as well as on boarding and retention of new clients.
• Client account management including opportunity generation.
• Management of the sales process right from lead generation to quoting to order closure.
• Be responsible for the development and achievement of sales through direct business to business customer engagement.
• Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
• Participate in conducting market research.
• Providing feedback with regards to product improvement.

Skills & Requirements
• Must possess a full grade 12 Certificate
• Must have a Diploma in Marketing or Business administration
• Must have a minimum of 3 Years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Must be below 30 years
• Be focused, accountable, responsible and committed to success with criminal record.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
