JOB DETAILS:
This position entails the day to day and long term management of a chicken processing plant (abattoir), and daily coordination, management and supervision of staff and equipment during and after slaughters. Applicants should have at least 3 years experience in the field, a good understanding of mechanics, and refrigeration will be an advantage.
