JOB DETAILS:
We are a growing Furniture Manufacturing company duly registered and Zambian owned. We make furniture from hardwood timber such as Doors, door frames, beds etc.
Job Description
We are looking to hire a highly skilled carpenter with the ability to work under minimum supervision with knowledge of various carpentry techniques. You will be responsible for designing, cutting and measuring materials according to clients’ specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ability to assess the wood work and materials,
• Ability to operate tools, machines and other equipment,
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull and lift heavy objects
• Provide excellent customer care
• Compliance with health and safety regulations

REQUIREMENTS
• Craft Certificate or Diploma in Carpentry and Joinery
• 3 years work experience with traceable reference
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
• Knowledge of mathematics

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
