JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
• Interacting with customers.
• Handle the day to day customer transactions.
• Taking customer orders and assisting them with processing payments.
• Maintaining and balancing cash and reconciling any discrepancies.
• Assist kitchen in preparation of basic dishes.
• Putting takeout orders in containers or bags.
• Assist in clearing tables.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the front of the house.
Qualification
• Grade 12 certificate
• Hospitality related certification is an added advantage.
Requirements
• Pleasant and friendly personality.
• Good customer service skills.
• Team player
• Sober character
• Must live in or around Kabwata area.
