JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to manage and oversee construction site operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects by handling the following responsibilities:
Managing Construction Sites:
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to execute construction tasks efficiently.
• Ensuring Safety and Compliance:
• Enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
• Ensure all activities comply with local construction laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Identifying and Resolving Issues:
• Detect potential challenges or risks and implement timely solutions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for on-site problems to mitigate future occurrences.
• Providing Technical Advice:
• Offer expert guidance and technical support to teams for effective project execution.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Preparing Reports and Schedules:
• Draft detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules to meet project milestones.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in preparing technical reports and schedules.
• A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
