JOB DETAILS:
Our company seeks an experienced HR Officer to manage human resources, disciplinary procedures, and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Manage disciplinary procedures and grievance processes
- Ensure compliance with ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, Workers Compensation, and other labor laws
- Prepare and process payroll
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry
- In-depth knowledge of Zambian labor laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Priority:
- Experienced HR professionals currently not working
- Experienced HR professionals currently working (considered second)

Availability:
- Start date: Tuesday, 19th Nov 2024
- Two-week orientation and handover period upto 30th Nov 2024.

Education Requirement: No Requirements
