JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department.
• Develop and implement menus, pricing, and service standards.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train, supervise, and motivate food and beverage staff.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address feedback or complaints.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
