JOB DETAILS:
Reporting structure: To General Manager & Management
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Recruitment and selection (On-boarding, screening and reference checks)
• Drafting of employee’s contracts for attestation accordance with Ministry of Labour
• Implementation and updating of company policies (Ministry of labour standards), procedures, Practices and work conditions.
· Registration of NHIMA and NAPSA for employees
• Carrying out performance Management on employees
· Managing Employer-Employee relationships to avoid industrial grievances
• Maintains employee file records
• Conduct Disciplinary actions
• Prepare the reports on HR related activities
· Developing a reward company culture (Motivation interventions for employees)
• Recording of time and attendance records as well as scheduling process e.g. sick notes, leave days, maternity, absenteeism, etc.
• Managing Payroll administration of the organisation
• Security, Health and Safety regulations are carried out
· Compliance with relevant authorities (NAPSA, NHIMA, ZRA, Workers Compensation, Ministry of Labour) on HR related matters.
• Compensation and benefits
• Attending to employees queries and industrial labour matters
• Conducting training and development programs
• Strategic manpower planning
