JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
o Capable of measuring seals and assembly & disassembly of cylinders.
o Cylinder assessment for material replacement.
o Seal review and seal recommendation based on findings.
o Must be able to sketch, gland, piston & cylinder designs for manufacturing drawings to be made.

Key Responsibilities:
o Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
o Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of hydraulic equipment.
o Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.
o Conduct pressure testing and performance evaluations.
o Collaborate with the workshop supervisor and team to meet project requirements.
o Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
o Document work performed and maintain accurate service records.
o Assist in the installation and commissioning of hydraulic systems as needed.

Qualifications:
o Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
o Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Hydraulic Technician.
o Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
o Ability to diagnose and resolve hydraulic issues efficiently.
o Proficient in reading hydraulic schematics and technical documentation.
o Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
o Good communication and teamwork abilities.
o Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
o Relevant technical certifications or qualifications preferred.
