Job Brief: Corporate Sales Executive
ELFARISSI INTERNATIONAL LTD, a leading ICT supplier in Zambia, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in Lusaka. This role is essential to our business growth, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, driving sales, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate sales, strong networking skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new corporate clients, expanding our customer base in ZAMBIA .
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our ICT hardware products and services to effectively address client needs and provide solutions.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Networking: Leverage your network to generate leads, referrals, and business opportunities within the corporate sector in Lusaka.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales growth.
Required Candidate Profile:
• Location: Must be based in Lusaka , Zambia.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in corporate sales.
Connections: Well-connected within the corporate sector in Lusaka and Other Provence in zambia with a strong network of contacts.
Technical Skills: Preferably have good IT hardware product knowledge and experience working in an ICT company.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and sales performance data.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ethical Standards: High level of integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices.
