JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Train employees on new technologies and cybersecurity protocols.
• Document IT solutions and procedures for future reference.
• Collaborate with vendors for advanced technical support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies and cybersecurity basics.
