PROJECT HOPE is a non-profit global health organization dedicated to providing long-lasting solutions to health problems and improving the quality of life for the world’s most vulnerable people. Project HOPE established an office in Zambia in 2019 to contribute to the goal of HIV epidemic control by mitigating the risks and impact of HIV/AIDS among vulnerable children, adolescents, and their caregivers. Project HOPE partners with the Government of Zambia, the private sector, and local and international non-governmental organizations to improve outcomes for HIV, TB, malaria, maternal, newborn, and child health, and non-communicable diseases, including mental illness. Project HOPE supports and advocates for child and social protection activities and related health policies, while also engaging in health systems strengthening
To ensure access to quality health services for the Country Staff, Project HOPE wishes to invite service providers to submit sealed bids for Medical Insurance Services to Project HOPE Zambia Country office.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Physical and official email address
Active Telephone/cell phone numbers
Provide 3 or more business client Referees
Valid Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) Certificate

- In responding to the Expression of Interest, Interested bidders may obtain information and support documents from Proc-Zambia@projecthope.org or visit Project HOPE office and you will be provided with more clarifications if needed.
- Closing date for asking questions and clarifications will be 12thAugust, 2022.
- Expression of Interest closing date will be on 30th August, 2022 by 16:00 hours.
- Bids received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted
- The bids must be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the main entrance of Project HOPE office
