JOB DETAILS:
Background .
Responsibilities:
• Analyze base powder moisture, appearance, and bulk density
• Physical analysis of final product appearance, bulk density & odor
• Cake strength analysis
• Analysis of oversize
• MPS analysis
• Following the GMP
• Maintain the log sheets according to the QA norms
• Maintaining the 5S in QA area
• Check slurry temperature, moisture and appearance
• Data entry
• Chemical stock take
• Clean glassware and lab equipment
• Receive incoming lab chemicals and label them per QA labelling procedure
• Maintain the highest practical standards of quality and workmanship including housekeeping
• Maintain close liaison with production and other laboratory personnel to maintain efficiency, quality, cleanliness and safety
• Carry out other work which is required from time to time at KT Wash which is delegated by the supervisor or manager.
• Be required to work overtime occasionally due to work load

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Analytical/Micro/Food Science/Lab/Chemistry. A bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 Years’ Experience
