JOB DETAILS:
Mushitala Apartments and Lodge, located in Solwezi, is seeking the services of an experienced, dedicated and mature manager.
The purpose f this role is managing staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining the property's standards and cleanliness. They also must handle guest relations, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Principle Tasks and Duties:
❖ Managing staff and overseeing schedules to make sure all departments have enough employees to assist guests.
❖ Overseeing beverages and food opera�ons
❖ Recruitment and staff management
❖ Working with security officers to promote a safe and atmosphere environment for guests and staff
❖ Providing customers service and accommoda�ng clients who need extra assistance
❖ Managing departments and teams
❖ Providing training on changes in service
❖ Scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repairs in individual rooms and common areas
❖ Produce daily reports regarding staffing, occupancy, guests and other key performance indicators

Skills:

❖ Understand and resolve concerns from guests
❖ Strong organiza�onal skills
❖ Accoun�ng and financial management
❖ Good leadership skills to help oversee and mo�vate staff members

Qualifications:
❖ Cer�ficate or diploma in hospitality
❖ Proven experience as lodge or hotel manager
❖ Availability of working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
❖ Excep�onal organiza�onal and mul�tasking abili�es
