JOB DETAILS:
Responsible for the maintenance planning on site and will work within a team dedicated to maintenance and repair work on heavy duty excavators, working on continuous basis with high availability targets. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LISCENCE

REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting To: Service Manager
Interacts With: Management and Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Meet all Safety procedures and regulations in place, as per Company and Customer’s guidelines.
• Develop maintenance plans and components change out forecast
• Implement and maintain the planning for all scheduled and periodical maintenance/control on the excavators and support equipment, in relation with the Service Manager, Safety Officer, Field Supervisors and Parts Administrator.
• Issue the work orders and spare parts requirements for the maintenance/repair work
• Update the work orders after performance of the maintenance/repair work
• Update the CMMS with all relevant data (operating and downtime hours, oil consumption, etc…
• Work in coordination with the Field Supervisor and the Spare parts Administrator

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 2 years plus
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: University (Technology) or Engineer
Software: Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Equipment: ERP/CMMS Systems (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Knowledge Of: Good technical knowledge in mechanic, hydraulic, electricity
Skills To: Maintenance planning for heavy duty equipment / industry. Managing multiple priorities
Ability To: Analyse planning data from the ERP system in order to develop strategies that improve operational efficiency and planning accuracy of component remanufacture and repair activities.
