Position Overview:
Mafken FM and TV is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to elevate the Mafken brand across both radio and TV platforms. The ideal candidate will bring creative solutions and extensive knowledge of the media industry to drive audience engagement, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Mafken FM and TV.
• Manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
• Analyse market trends and audience data to optimize campaigns and improve results.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials and content.
• Coordinate with sales, programming, and production teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Manage budgets and track marketing expenses effectively.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and media partners.
• Organize events, promotions, and community outreach activities to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience in the media industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of media platforms, including radio, television, and digital channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
