JOB DETAILS:
Overall purpose of the job
To facilitate and undertake maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment and plant installations in order to prolong their lifespan and ensure availability
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules in order to guide the operations of the Unit
• Identifying and resolving equipment faults in order to ensure their availability
• Designing of installations, maintaining and repairing plant and electro mechanical equipment in order to ensure smooth operations and prolonging lifespan of the equipment.
• Updating of documentation and technical specification in order to facilitate maintenance works.
• Collecting equipment operational data in order to monitor performance and inform decision making Supervision of the mechanical maintenance workshop in order to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications and experience
• Fullform V/Grade 12 School Certificate
• Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years relevant experience

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
