JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Mineral Processing or Extractive Metallurgy or Equivalent.
• 5 O Level passes.
• 10 years of working experience as a Plant Foreperson.
• Hydrosluicing experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Planning and scheduling production.
• Optimizing the plant and operating at optimal levels.
• Supervising plant staff.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production throughput and output targets.
• Maximizing gold recoveries.
• Formulating and monitoring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensuring safety for plant and people.
• Ensuring environmental compliance in tailings, effluent water, and waste disposal.
• Timeous ordering of all plant consumables and inputs.
• Training and development.
• Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly on production parameters.
• Budgeting for the department.
