Restless Development Zambia has, since 2003, been equipping youth to voice their priorities; facilitating their access to decision makers for accountability; and supporting platforms for youth to demonstrate that they are effective change agents. We strengthen government, institutional, and civil society partners’ capacity to engage with youth. Our evidence-informed policy engagement is unique in its approach, cutting across government, the private sector, and the NGO sector, and this has set us apart as an innovative partner in development.

In an effort to maintain smooth operations in our organisation, we are seeking to pre-qualify reputable organisations for our supplier registration for the upcoming financial year from October 2022 to September 2023 in the following categories;
• Lodges and Hotels (Accommodation)
• Lodges and Hotels (Conference Hire)
• Motor Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
• IT Equipment Repair and Maintenance
• Printing
• Motor vehicle hire
• Insurance
• Courier Services
• Air Travel Agencies
• Internet Service Providers
• Stationery
• Office furniture
• Electronics
• IT Equipment
• Cleaning Materials
• Refreshments
• Dispenser water
• Branding
• COVID Prevention materials

Please take note of the following:
All suppliers that are currently supplying goods/ services to Restless Development should also apply.
The closing date for submission of applications is Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 13:00hrs CAT. Therefore, any submissions made after this date will not be considered.
Authorized staff members of Restless Development will conduct a risk assessment and due diligence by physically visiting your business premises.

• A company profile describing the goods or services you supply, physical operations address, phone number(s), and email address.
• Certificate of Incorporation, ZRA tax clearance certificate/VAT certificate, and any other relevant business documents.
• Copies of bank statements for the past six(6) months.
• References of previous works from at least two(2) companies/ organisations.
• Names and addresses of proprietors/shareholders where applicable.
