JOB DETAILS:
MAIN DUTIES
i.Lesson planning: Plans, develops and organizes teaching materials ahead of each lesson and teaching lessons based on the curriculum. Educate and motivate learners using creative resources to contribute to their responsibilities.
ii.Creating a safe, learning environment: Organizing the classroom, display and resources.
iii.Developing Skills: Contributing to the development of academic and social skills of learners.
iv.Monitoring progress: Keeping track of each child’s progress and evaluates pupils homework.

Skills Requirements
• Must have an accredited Teacher Training College qualification.
• Teacher Registration and valid practising Licence.
• Grade 12 certificate, minimum of 5 credits subjects including English and Mathematics and any Science subject.
• • Minimum 2 years experience of teaching
• Excellent English-speaking skills
• Must be computer literate- word, excel and power point proficient.
• Should have a Christian background
• Ability to use a variety of methods and teaching strategies
• Desire to continue to grow and develop professionally
• Great communication and interpersonal skill
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Enthusiasm and flexibility
• Teamwork abilities, leadership and initiative
