JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Public Relations Officer to join our team. As the Public Relations Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our company’s public image and reputation. You will develop and execute strategic public relations strategies to create positive media coverage and enhance our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s public image and reputation, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Develop and execute public relations strategies to secure media placements and create positive media coverage.
Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to maximize media exposure.
• Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
Handle media inquiries and organize press conferences or interviews.
Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communication when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align public relations efforts with company goals.
• Track and analyze PR metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts.
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in public relations, with a track record of managing successful PR campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Experience in media relations and securing media placements.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Crisis management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and analyze PR metrics.
