Prisoners Future Foundation (PFF) is a non-governmental organisation established in 2007 and formally registered with the Registrar of Societies under Chapter (CAP) 119 of the Laws of Zambia in September 2008. PFF is dedicated to addressing the welfare and reintegration needs of both inmates and ex-inmates. This mission is achieved through collaborative approaches that include engaging with the Government and supporting its initiatives to respond effectively to the needs of incarcerated individuals, former prisoners, and others involved in the Criminal Justice System (CJS).
In line with its procurement policies and procedures, PFF invites expressions of interest and submission of quotations from qualified, reliable, and reputable suppliers based in the Copperbelt, Central, and Lusaka provinces. Suppliers are encouraged to submit quotations for any or all of the listed items in accordance with the outlined requirements.

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
i. Evidence of company’s registration with PACRA
ii. Company’s current Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Bank Statements

5. GENERAL INFORMATION
i. Quotations must be in English and signed by an official authorised signatory by the bidder
