JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for two experienced Vehicle/Earth-Moving Sales Executives.
Duties and responsibilities: finding new business, Follow up on new and existing clients, Presenting Vehicle/Equipment options, Administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience with Vehicle Sales
• Diploma in a Marketing/Business Administration
• Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building
• Proven sales track record with ability to reach sales targets monthly
• In-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicles, and sales process
• Intuition to anticipate which motor vehicles and equipment will appeal to different customers
• Active listening to best determine a customer’s wants and needs
• Persuasiveness to convince customers to make a purchase
• Confidence to create a positive impression on customers
• Negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring profit for the dealership
• Organization and time management to handle many different customers, including past customers.
• A welcoming and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge and passion for vehicles and Earthmoving equipment.
