JOB DETAILS:
We are a Lusaka based Bakery seeking to recruit suitably qualified individuals who preferably live within proximity to our Branches at Mount Meru Leopards Hill Road, Mount Meru Kasangula Road and Mount Meru Mumbwa Road to fill the above vacancy.

Responsibilities
• To market and sell our products to new and existing customers
• Participate in marketing campaigns
• Sensitize customers about our products
• Following up on Customers and customers call backs
• Nurture current client relationships and resolve client complaints/problems to ensure client retention.
• Support with the development and implementation of a marketing plan and strategy to reach clients from alternative channels.
• Participate in all sales activities as required by management
• Prepare regular sales reports and reconciliation
• Prepare market reports and other reports management may require
• Ensure targets set by management are met at all times and without fail

Requirements
• Must have a diploma/degree in marketing or Business Administration
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
• Knowledge of our products will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must have a clean Driving license
• Must be Aggressive and Target driven
• Good customer handling skills
• Having a car is an added advantage
• Must have experience in being an agent or related role
• Must be well groomed and conducts oneself professionally
• A good understanding of Lusaka is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Lusaka densely populated areas is key
