We are looking for a highly skilled, self-driven, and motivated person to lead the sales goals and reach sales targets for the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company.
• Help create content for various marketing channels, including social media, emails, and websites.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in coordinating events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging.

Requirements
• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or other business-related fields.
• 1 year of experience in marketing or advertising, including internships.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be a valid member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.

Other Qualities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Creativity with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Experience with graphic design tools, such as Photoshop, Adobe, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
