JOB DETAILS:
An Earthworks and Mining Company based in Ndola invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and experienced Zambian Nationals to fill the position of SECURITY GUARD.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control building entrances and exits.
• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Maintain detailed reports of observations and activities.
• Check parcels, pockets, and suspicious items.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as:
• Equipment or property damage
• Theft
• Presence of unauthorized persons or unusual occurrences
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
• Grade 12 certificate – preferably.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
• Security or law enforcement background (added advantage).
• Good communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good writing and reading skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Alertness.
• Energetic, clean, and well-groomed.
