JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
• Degree in Policing and Security Studies or Equivalent.
• Government Security Services experience (Police, Military, or Equivalent).
• 5 O Level passes.
• Class BE (Class 4) Clean Driver’s License.
• 10 years working experience.
• Knowledge of firearms handling.

Responsibilities:
• Securing the plant and ensuring access and exit control.
• Formulating Security Standard Operating Procedures, monitoring, and enforcing adherence.
• Protecting mine assets and equipment from pilferage and abuse.
• Monitoring all high-risk activities.
• Providing escort for all high-value goods in transit.
• Monitoring Closed Circuit Television.
• Monitoring, reviewing, and improving all risk reduction and security enhancement measures.
• Ensuring strict adherence to firearms regulations.
• Budgeting for the department.
