Invitation for Bids
Tender No. NCC/DES/PSU/CF/MB/04/21-06: Tender for Construction of Mulungushi Bus Station in Ndola
The Ndola City Council has secured funds from the 20% Equalization Funds for 2021 and Intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for the construction of a bus station in Ndola.
The Council now invites electronic bids from eligible contractors specialized in building and civil works and who are registered with the National Council for Construction (NCC) in category Bor C, under Grade 5 or better.
A complete set of solicitation documents may be viewed by interested bidders by downloading the soft copy on the Electronic Government Procurement system (e-GP System). HARD COPIES SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Submission Procedure
The electronic bids must be sent clearly marked: "Tender for the construction of Mulungushi Bus station in Ndola" and uploaded on the Ndola City Council EG-Procurement Portal not later than on or before Monday 26 July, 2021 at 10:30 hours local time Bids will be opened online soon after closing. Bidders or their representatives may follow the proceedings online.
The SITE VISIT will be on Friday 25 June, 2021 starting at 8:30 hours at Mulungushi Bus station of Ndola.
LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BEACCEPTED.
