JOB DETAILS:
JOB BRIEF
We are looking for 10 results-driven, self motivated sales people to join the team of direct sales representatives in the ongoing drivers registration and customer sensitization.
The target is to sensitize and register driver partners in your localities.
If you are competitive, self motivated, trustworthy and enthusiastic, then this is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Mapping and strategizing on the given area of operation
• Visit local taxi ranks and engage with drivers to hear out their challenges
• To educate the local taxi drivers on the use of the
• To share with the drivers the benefits and bonuses of Buntu Taxi
• To sign up the drivers on to the Buntu Taxi platform as partners
• To carry out market research in the place of residence
• To compile and send daily field reports to the company
• To act as the direct point of contact for Buntu in the area
• To lead a team of sales reps in the region in the future

REQUIREMENTS
• Must have a big appetite for sales and results
• Must be self motivated and result driven
• Must be energetic and and hungry for field work
• Must poses ability to work without close supervision
• Must have a good field sales record especially in insurance sales
• Must be technology literate and good understanding of mobile apps
• Must be fluent in English, Nyanja and two other local languages
• No academic qualifications needed only sales results
• Must be both a single and team player
• Must poses a good smartphone
• Must have excellent people skills
Applicants must be LUSAKA, Kafue or Mazabuka or Chilanga based
Remuneration: This role is purely commission based
