JOB DETAILS:
PROVINCIAL COORDINATORS (X11) – Livingstone, Mansa, Chipata, Chinsali, Kasama, Choma, Ndola, Lusaka, Solwezi, Kabwe and Mongu
Reports to the Regional Coordinator
Job Purpose: –
The main purpose of this role is to coordinate member registration in a Province. .
Other tasks include:
i. Coordination of Project activities within the Province,
ii. Provide guidance and education on services on offer to members,
iii. Coordinates the customer registration in the Province,
iv. Effectively plans, communicates, and coordinates membership
registration activities with colleagues and supervisors in the Province,
v. Coordinates the day to day operations of the Member Registration
Assistants within the Province,
vi. Manages the stakeholder relations within the Province,
vii. Participates in provincial activities,
viii. Supervises maintenance of records of member interactions and
ix. Effectively performs any other official duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

a. Ability to communicate fluently in English and local languages
b. Computer literate
c. Good interpersonal relations
d. Able to generate reports
e. Must have a valid driver’s license
Qualification
i. Secondary Education Full Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
ii. Minimum Academic/Professional Qualification Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Sales, a relevant business course or equivalent
Professional Qualification.
iii. Minimum Relevant pre-job Experience Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a sales related field Experience in insurance, financial
services, telecommunication or related field with demonstrated experience of managing Direct Sales Agents.
