The Local Government Service Commission established the Human Resource Management Committee for Lusaka City Council in accordance with Section 33 of the Service Commissions Act No. 10 of 2016 and further delegated some functions among others the recruitment of officers in Division III and IV of the Local Government Service.
In view of the foregoing, the Lusaka City Council Human Resource Management Committee (HRMC) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions of;
JOB TITLE: GENERAL WORKER (3 YEARS CONTRACT)- (160 VACANCIES)
SALARY SCALE: GRADE 2
DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION

JOB PURPOSE:
To effectively clean in and around Markets, Bus Stations, Streets. office buildings and Cemeteries in the greater City of Lusaka.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• A Zambia with a Green National Registration Card (NRC)
• Grade nine (9) School Certificate is added an advantage.
• Applicants Must be aged between 18 and 45 years.

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
