JOB DETAILS:
Mwaka freight and Cargos service Limited is urgently looking for a vibrant, hard working person to fill the vacant position of:
2 Data Entry Clerk
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications/qualities:
• Minimum qualification Diploma or equivalent
• Must have 2 years' experience data entry in logistics company
• Must be a member of CILT

Responsibilities:
• Liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information.
• Capture the data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of the supervisor where necessary.
• Responsible for typing all letters with guidance from the supervisor
• Responsible for all rebate applications and follow up's
• Responsible for Imports documents filing.
• Responsible for opening DI/ICE report files.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
